During sleep the muscles that generally control the tongue and soft tissues of the palate, will keep the airway to keep it open during sleep. If those muscles are too relaxed, the airways become narrowed and this resulted in people who snore.
If the airway is narrowing will result in difficulty breathing. Sometimes the respiratory tract to be closed completely so that the person stops breathing into this thing called “Apnea Disorder”.
